The RLOP held its Halloween party this past Saturday night at the Rossland Miner’s Hall to a full house! We were “treated” by excellent costumes and decor, spookily delicious treats, and of course a rocking performance by No Excuse. We give thanks to everybody that volunteered and to Tails Pet Supplies for selling tickets.
