We’ve just launched our new website: rlop.ca! Following on the excellent work of Chuck Cram on rlop.kics.bc.ca (http://rlop NULL.kics NULL.bc NULL.ca/), we’ve reorganised some of our information, adding a whole lot more, and implemented the famous WordPress (http://wordpress NULL.org) platform to allow Web Feeds (http://feeds NULL.selkirk NULL.ca/howtousewebfeeds/), comments, and more great features. Check out these highlights!
The Shows
We’ve built a page for every show we’ve ever done at rlop.ca/shows, sorted by decade—starting in the 1950s with The Pirates of Penzance. Each show includes a link to the show before and after it, a synopsis, and links to other years RLOP has played that show.
Do you have more info on a show? We would love to have more scanned programs, photos, newspaper clippings, background information—anything! Get in touch with us; we’ll figure out how to get your information included on the website.
Faces of the RLOP
Over the course of our history, RLOP has had many amazing people taking part. From amazing singers, dancers and musicians; to brilliant props and set creators; to talented organisers and promoters; the people associated with RLOP have been incredibly talented, creative and dedicated. We’d like to showcase them.
Is there someone in the RLOP (past or present) that you know quite a bit about? Write a few paragraphs about him or her! We want to showcase as many of our past and present members as possible.
Like the shows, we also want photos, newspaper clippings, bio, and whatever other information you have (or can create) about these amazing people.
